It is recommended to avoid water coming in contact with your LILY & MAY pieces, if salt water or other substances do come into contact give your piece a light wash with some freshwater to avoid tarnishing (gold rubbing off to reveal stainless steel base). Place your untangled LILY & MAY piece on a flat surface out of direct sunlight for a longer-lasting wear.
NOTE
Please keep in mind the clasps on these pieces are stainless steel and gold plated, so will not rust but if worn everyday (especially in shower / ocean) the gold plating may slightly rub off to reveal the original stainless steel metal.
