What if my order arrives broken or damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives broken or damaged please contact lilyandmayinfo@gmail.com with your order number and name of the item, please include photos in this. A confirmation email will then be sent back to you regarding how this exchange will take place. Depending on the item this may include an exact replacement of the exact item you have ordered or an exchange for another item of your choice. There is a 14-day policy that applies to this so please notify us as soon as possible from when your order arrives.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please read descriptions and lengths carefully prior to placing your order as these cannot be returned.

My item has arrived and it doesn’t fit me can I exchange it?

Please read descriptions of sizings carefully prior to placing your order. If your piece does not fit you may contact lilyandmayinfo@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and photo of the item. You may exchange your item with another that is of the same value or higher then pay the difference (DM or email for more info on how to do this process). You must cover all shipping costs to and from your location for this exchange. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your item. If there are no items that you desire from our website unfortunately we do not offer credit notes or refunds.
